Refund Policy

No Refunds

At Hair Baptism Studio & Hairloss Center LLC we prioritize the quality and hygiene of our wigs and hair extensions. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [Your Email Address] with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.

  • If we determine the product was damaged during shipping or is defective, we will replace the item at no additional cost, however you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the wig to us.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
